Abstract
Insights in social-economic developments suggest that enhancing the economic benefits of rural development is not necessarily a conditional requirement to enhance domestic resource mobilization, as this contains also social aspects. Hence, a critical assessment of the conditions under which development initiatives can be beneficial socially is necessary. The aim of this article is to identify what sort of values and qualitative indicators should be employed to measure the social dimension of large scale entrepreneurial projects, and to assess whether with such indicators one can optimize analytical tools in decision making process. we induce how one can apply game applications of experimental economics to measure empirical indicators of social capital. Hence, if we apply games as a way to explore scenarios we are better able to address sustainable solutions in rural development sector.
