There are characterized some negative and positive aspects of the factors, having an impact on their behavior. The article emphasizes the basic differences between teams and groups. It is reported that a team has a synergistic benefit, unlike a group or individual work. There is a difference in their functions too. A team might not be able to work in the environment, where a group operates quite well. In addition, employees, based on their distinctive characteristics, may be more productive for the organization in groups, in teams or in an individual manner. At the end of the article, there is a summative statement regarding the advantages of team working. Particularly, cooperative effort increases work output due to synergism.
