There are four pages printed in Russian without title, by number 1248. And we have date written with pencil at the end – May15, 1859. This archival material, with its content and destination, presents the report and instruction of certain person, who is well informed about the Caucasian mountaineers. He is well aware of essence and aim of Tsarist religion policy towards the Muslims, and even renders some advices to government.
