The opinion of the American government after the meetings and their attitude towards the Georgian-American cooperation are also given. From 2017 to February 2020, Georgia became the epicenter of many political events. Leader of “Georgian Dream” Bidzina Ivanishvili nominated the third Prime minister, but this has changed almost nothing for ordinary Georgian citizens. As for Georgia-US relations, despite severe criticism and Congressmen’s letters, the US government continues to help its partner and hopes that Georgia will become a truly strong and independent country that will successfully complete its path to the North Atlantic Alliance.
