| dc.description.abstract | In pursuit of neoliberal policy in Georgia has failed to provide successful economic transformation and development. It is necessary to follow the fundamental restructuring of the path of development which implies development of new types of complex policies. The concept is presented by the author’s vision to determine the objectives of scientific study of New Industrial Police, quantitative and qualitative indicators of their achievement and the expected outcomes of research.
