That’s why, before developing corporate and functional environmental strategies, it is advisable inside (The strengths and weaknesses of the firm) and outside (Political, economic, social and technological) analysis of the impact of strategic factors. The article introduces the use of adaptive PEST analysis for enterprise external environment analysis. It represents analysis of normative legal base and other political factors.
