dc.description.abstract The construction industry is one of the most active businesses in the world. It has a big impact on the country's economy. Building businesses in developing countries does not only promote the development of neighboring industries, but also has a positive impact on the country's agriculture, transport infrastructure, jobs, etc. In Georgia, residential real estate is very active, and demand is on the rise. Not only residents but also non-residents buy residential apartments. Residential real estate is especially demanding in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi. Despite growing trends, demand and supply declines, driven by new regulations and rising inflation. en_US
