dc.description.abstract |
The construction industry is one of the most active businesses in the world. It has a big impact on the country's economy. Building businesses in developing countries does not only promote the development of neighboring industries, but also has a positive impact on the country's agriculture, transport infrastructure, jobs, etc. In Georgia, residential real estate is very active, and demand is on the rise. Not only residents but also non-residents buy residential apartments. Residential real estate is especially demanding in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi. Despite growing trends, demand and supply declines, driven by new regulations and rising inflation. |
