dc.description.abstract The modern stage of global business practically completely depends on the information space. Along with the development of blockchain technologies and digital communications systems, especially increasing the interest to smart contract, as the most effective instrument of this technology. Through smart contract, businesses can get the benefits as a result of the development of digital technologies. The research aims is to analyze the benefits of its use in the development of modern world global business. The success of smart contract, the blockchain platform and the efficiency of business relations are more or less dependent on the synchronized development of digital communications and legal mechanisms. Technology progress and subsequent legislation support will give a smart contract extensive and global use opportunities. en_US
