Abstract
In the article we have studied, what kind of relationship existed between Georgian and Baltic nations during the World War II. It is well known, that in those times, certain number of the Georgian militaries (several thousand) fought on territories of Baltic States: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Part of them were serving in the Soviet Army, and another part – in the German Army. The progressive part of the Georgian militaries, fighting on both sides of the front, treated freedom-loving Baltic local population with compassion. Indeed, they, like Georgians (in 1921), had become victims of military occupation. Some Georgian and Baltic patriots experienced the terror of Soviet repressive regime together.
