Abstract:
The article discusses the impact of higher education on the value of human capital and the impact of human
capital on employment effectiveness. The focus is on the outcome of using the distance learning method in the
Covid-19 pandemic. Education and science are distinctly priority areas for the development of the country and are
targeted for long-term results. Countries with high levels of human capital have higher wages, more innovation,
faster population and employment growth, and greater prospects as the economy changes over time. It is important
to determine which factors contribute to the large difference in human capital levels by territorial mark. One such
factor is the existence of a higher education system. Business development depends on the high technological level,
the mentioned increase in demand for workers with higher education, which in turn leads to an increase in
demand for human capital.
The article draws conclusions about the challenges of higher education in a pandemic and presents
recommendations for solving the problem
