Abstract:
Condition of world economies in the pre-pandemic state is discussed
and analysed in the present article on the grounds of statistical data
released by various countries, along with the economic challenges caused
by the spread of COVID-19, with realities and prospects for future. Article
also conveys information on the anti-crisis measures in monetary, fiscal and
social dimensions designed by governments of various countries, including
Georgia. What is most important, it elaborates on the efforts intended to
overcome the negative consequences of the crisis.
