Synergistic doctrine of the Bible themes of economic-management activities, human resources management and self-management in the parables of Jesus Christ

Abstract

Progressive socio-economic development of Georgia is impossible without a fundamental, synergistic concept. The concept should be developed on the basis of biblical Christian and secular values. Optimal combination of such values is essential in the process of economic- managerial activities. In the parables of Jesus Christ, the divine foundations of synergistic economic and managerial activity are laid down. They show the ways of establishing the whole nation and every individual in the heavenly kingdom.
