Abstract:
In the conditions of globalization, one of the most important directions for improving the
economic situation of any country in the world is the stability of its financial system and the
optimal regulation of the circulation of financial resources. Judging by the experience and practice of the world’s leading countries, the development of the securities market is one of the most important tools for the growth of the economy and business sector.
Prospective growth and progress of the country is impossible without investment capital, the mobilization of which is the primary and secondary securities market and finally the developed mechanism of the stock exchange.
Overcoming the above-mentioned problems and effective regulatory state policy and financial support of international organizations for the development of the financial system are the prerequisites for overcoming the country’s economic crisis and ensuring economic growth.
