Developing an effective strategy, achieving high results of the firm’s operation is directly related to the managerial economy, the economy of sectoral markets. Managerial economics combines the theory of economic theory and management, while sectoral economics seeks to study firms and market organization behavior based on two key approaches: structure-behavior-productivity theory and pricing theory.     The firm and the digital economy

    Innovation is increasingly important as a tool for overcoming economic crises, sustainable development and maintaining the viability of the firm through which society strives to organize its economy. One of the main components of the innovative economy is undoubtedly the digital economy and the firm operating in it. The article discusses the essence of digitization of the economy, driving forces and diverse risks. The article also analyzes what is being done in this direction in Georgia, what kind of problems exist and what are the ways to solve them.
