    Damping: disruptive and disruptive events of the profession (audit, property assessment)

    In the article there is discussed the facts of breaking law of Georgia on Accounting, Reporting and Audit by the public purchasers. Despite of the fact that legislative environment of Georgia has been changed significantly from the adaptation the law, legal requirements are ignoring by the public purchasers. Commonly, above mentioned facts make companies to deliver their service to public purchasers by formally, risky and low quality. On the other hand, public purchasers the criteria to select service providers, imply the competence of auditors and property appraisers. The article has elaborated relevant recommendations.
