It first explains what emotional intelligence is and why it is important to improve it. There are described in detail the five key competences of emotional intelligence, namely: Self-awareness; Self-regulation; Social skill; Empathy; Motivation. The second part of the article discusses ways to develop emotional intelligence, in particular a five-step model that addresses the following questions: Who do I want to be? Who am I now? How do I get from here to there? How do I make change stick? Who can help me? Also, in aticle discusses other important issues related to effective leadership, for example How Resilience Works etc.Item Management of personnel’s intra-organizational behavior in a company, i.e. team or group management(Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Press, 2018) Kharkheli, MananaThe article discusses personnel behavior in individual activities, groups and teams. There are characterized some negative and positive aspects of the factors, having an impact on their behavior. The article emphasizes the basic differences between teams and groups. It is reported that a team has a synergistic benefit, unlike a group or individual work. There is a difference in their functions too. A team might not be able to work in the environment, where a group operates quite well. In addition, employees, based on their distinctive characteristics, may be more productive for the organization in groups, in teams or in an individual manner. At the end of the article, there is a summative statement regarding the advantages of team working. Particularly, cooperative effort increases work output due to synergism. A team may generate the energy to such an extent that is impossible for individuals and groups.
