dc.description.abstractThe study of the Research Center of the Parliament of Georgia is based on International Law and comparative research. The document includes the regulations considered to be the most effective worldwide to regulate minors' involvement in begging. The study also examines the standards of ILO Convention Concerning Forced or Compulsory Labour, EU directive on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings and protecting its victims, CoE Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings.
