Abstract
სტატიის მიზანია გააანალიზოს საქართველოს მორალური ზიანის ანაზღაურების სამართლებრივი მიზანი და ფუნქცია. გამიჯნოს მისი კომპენსატორული ბუნება სადამსჯელო და პრევენციულისაგან. ნაშრომი შედარებითსამარლებრივ ჭრილში აანალიზებს სადამსჯელო ზიანის არსს და მის კავშირს მორალურ ზიანთან.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the legal purpose and function of compensation for moral damages in Georgia. To distinguish its compensatory nature from punitive and preventive.
The paper analyzes the nature of punitive damages and its connection with moral damages in a comparative legal perspective.
