Abstract
On June 27, 2014, the “Association agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member states, of on the one part, and Georgia, of the other part” was signed. The agreement recognizes the close relationship between the parties and the common values that have been established in the past. In addition, the common desire of the parties to further develop and deepen relations is recognized. The purpose of this report is to analyze if the state fulfills its obligations under the treaty and if the priorities stipulated in the agenda are properly implemented. Accordingly, the report is based on the association agreement, its annexes and the agenda of the association.
