    Employment and development problems of people with disabilities in Georgia

    The paper discusses employment and development problems of people with disabilities in Georgia, for which the level of realization of their labor rights is studied based on documentary research: the national normative base and legislative changes implemented in recent years are analyzed; State programs, strategies and statistical data on employment and development of people with disabilities are discussed; The employment problems and main trends of people with disabilities are described. Statistical data of international institutions, the National Statistics Office of Georgia, Civil Service Bureau and other local institutions are used in the research. The study summarized the legal issues hindering the employment and development of people with disabilities, taking into account the effectiveness of the enforcement mechanism, identified public barriers and employer attitudes on a number of issues, on which the author's conclusions and relevant recommendations were formulated.

    This scientific article analysis the challenges of multinational managers while the company is entering in foreign markets, that are related to globalization process. There are a number of difficulties for modern companies, that have gone beyond the local market of functioning and want to do business worldwide. Solving these difficulties are prerogatives of multinational managers. In the process of overcoming the difficulties they have to acquire specific skills or abilities, foresee key factors and perform complicated functions of management. One of the goals of human resource management is to develop new skill and competencies in global managers. Ownership and development of a such universal managerial capital is quite difficult for companies. The individual level of decision-making needs to develop an inventory of an individual manager’s multiple IQs.

    The role of macroeconomic factors in the management decision-making process

    Modern business faces some challenges created by the influence of subjective or objective factors. Macroeconomic indicators are the most notable of these factors, as their disregard can even be disastrous for businesses. The decision-making process itself is relevant to any business at any given time, and discussing the role of macroeconomic factors further enhances its importance. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the role of macroeconomic factors in the management decision-making process. The methodological basis of the paper is the analysis and synthesis of various scientific publications. The paper will be useful for any interested person, especially for managers of organizations involved in the decision-making process.
