Item Employment of graduate students by using information technologies(Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Press, 2018) Melkoshvili, TinaThe country's economy largely depends on the labor market. If the labor relations between the employer and the employee are regulated in the country, if the country has a stable labor market, if the service corresponds a qualified worker's demand, then all this has a significant impact on the development of the country's economy. Because Georgia is an economically developing country, it necessarily needs a stable labor market. Unemployment is one of the most important problems, as almost 70% of Georgian population considers themselves unemployed, most of them are young. The goal of our research is to identify the problems related to the unemployment of students and graduated ones of the TSU Economics and Business Faculty and to create recommendations using information technologies to overcome the problem. The modern world fights against this challenge in a lot of ways. There are designed systems to facilitate student employment at the Universities and Georgia is at the initial stage of creating career development systems. The development of information technology has facilitated the development of business, time management, proper use of resources, analytics, reassessment of information, analysis of statistics, etc. The quality and approaches to the use of modern technologies in each enterprise or establishment are of special importance, which creates considerable preconditions for the effective implementation of their activities. The development and applying the modern information technologies has led to the creation of new kinds of software packages. These packages offer new opportunities for all types of resources in an enterprise or different establishments, including human resource management. The article focuses on the flaws and shortcomings in the personnel management information system at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the reasons of the necessity to update this system. The updated information system should meet the necessary requirements of modernity and provide new forms and methods of staff relations in remote working conditions.
