Item To the issue of transforming capitalist relations to economics of knowledge-based in Georgia(Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Press, 2019) Rusiashvili, GiorgiIn Georgia there is high level of poverty and disequilibrium among the members of the society, the role of small and medium business in the national economy does not exceed 20%, the indicators of employment are terribly disadvantageous, and within those who are employed there is unproportionally high number of those employed in the governmental sector. It’s anticipated that within the limited financial resources around the globe, the competition between the nations and countries will increase to attract more foreign direct investments. The next stage of economic development of Georgia will be to escape from the conditions of 90-ies of last century, when it was managed introduction of the capitalism by shock therapy (when someone will not survive as the Jewish after the Egyptian exodus aiming to reach better life conditions), literally called „Boutiques opened on every corner of the streets”, when after years of economic and political slavery in the Soviet system, everything became allowed, which was not particularly prohibited. This assumes that it shall become necessary the corporate capitalism strengthening which is the evidence of the modern life and which is the system to be the backbone of the developed world countries around the globe.
