Abstract

According to the established practice, the company considers the persons involved in the gig economy as independent contractors and does not classify the relationship as labor law. The study analyzes the main legal problem – Is it a classic labor relation or another type of contractual relationship? The study analyses the international standards and presents a comparative study.
