In particular, the recommendations of the United Nations and the Council of Europe regarding the implementation of accessibility. The second part of the paper includes a comparative analysis of the national accessibility plan and the legislative acts of the countries that are successful in terms of accessibility implementation. Accordingly, the paper reviews the experience of Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Norway, France, and Sweden. | |
