dc.description.abstractThis scientific article analysis the challenges of multinational managers while the company is entering in foreign markets, that are related to globalization process. There are a number of difficulties for modern companies, that have gone beyond the local market of functioning and want to do business worldwide. Solving these difficulties are prerogatives of multinational managers. In the process of overcoming the difficulties they have to acquire specific skills or abilities, foresee key factors and perform complicated functions of management. One of the goals of human resource management is to develop new skill and competencies in global managers. Ownership and development of a such universal managerial capital is quite difficult for companies. The individual level of decision-making needs to develop an inventory of an individual manager’s multiple IQs.en_US
