dc.description.abstractRegardless the occupation, size or type of the organization, communications are the crucial element which maintains them viable. In the organizational system, any kind of communication has an impact on the whole organization – nature of relationships between co-workers, managers and employees or between the departments significantly changes effectiveness of the institution, satisfaction and productivity of the workers. It will be interesting to discuss how organizational communications are understood in the modern business world, what is main it’s role, forms and characteristics, what are the goals and obstacles in maintaining effective and flawless communication system in organization.en_US
