dc.description.abstractThe article examines the forms of labor discrimination in the higher education system of Georgia, the causes, and the negative consequences associated with labor discrimination in the organization. Based on the research, the authors have developed specific recommendations, the implementation of which will ensure the reduction of the level of labor discrimination and its negative consequences in higher educational institutions.
