dc.description.abstractPaper provides discussion about value chain management and development issues. Value chain formation process and its impact on efficiency of business activity is analyzed based on the study of agricultural business entities in Georgia. Recommendations for integration of product life cycle and value chain are presented in the article. Implementation of provided recommendations creates an opportunity to increase income from the sale of agro productsen_US
