Abstract
The paper deals with the basic aspects of the systemic concept of the formation of knowledge-based economy, as well as the peculiarities of the cognition process and culture as a factor. The issue of scientific knowledge and culture is interpreted. It should be noted that in considering the facts of culture as a factor, special attention must be given to the purposeful perfection of business culture as an informal institution
