dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to research the conception of the minimalist state, proposed by Robert Nozick and to analyze what is the minimalist government and if it is possible to realize in the United States of America and Georgia. The consideration of the minimalist state conseption is very importan for Georgia, because after 2018, the Government of Georgia framed the conception on “Small Government”. The purpose of this research is to determine whether works this plan in practice and what results should society expect. In order to research this topic, fi rts of all I discussed the book of Robert Nozick – “Anarchy, State and Utopia”. The theisis contains the analyze of phylosophy, politics, economics and history, which is processed and presented in the article. In his book, Anarchy, State and Utopia, Robert Nozick is answering main question – “If the state did not exist would it be necessary to invent it? Would one be needed, and would it have to be invented”. In the article there is discussed main ideas of Robert Nozick and critics on his work.en_US
