dc.description.abstractAlthough many infrastructural, including large-scale highway construction projects are being implemented in Georgia, it will be very challenging to implement a successful public-private partnership project in this area, as the example of EU countries showed that the toll that the private companies collect for use of the roads do not pay off the investments made by them. For successful implementation of the future project the correctly selected project and of course a private partner play a crucial role. In this regard, a major role and importance will be acquired to a special institution, which should be established in the government in accordance with the law "on public and private partnership".en_US
