Impact of COVID-19 pandemic on digital banking consumer behavior (COVID-19-ის პანდემიის გავლენა ციფრული ბანკინგის მომხმარებელთა ქცევაზე)

Abstract
The article shows the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on digital banking and digital banking marketing. With the help of the latest research analyzed digital banking channels' use at the current stage and their future predictions.The paper highlights the key features of digital banking consumer behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also reviews the latest statistics on digital banking user behavior since the pandemic started. Based on the analysis of secondary data, the article highlights the importance of the use of digital banking and the prospects for its growth, which banks should use to gain a competitive advantage.
