Abstract
The current research of the learning process by graduates showed us that the knowledge gained at TSU
affects on the employment of graduates. However, the modern labor market, due to high competition,
requires even more professionally prepared personnel. Accordingly, it is important to develop supporting
measures for raising the quality of professional education: inclusion of modern electronic learning portals in
the teaching process, increasing the volume of funding programs for the learning process, raising the
qualifications of academic staff using teaching training courses, etc.
