Abstract
In this article are discussed issues related to human resource management, such as: stages of human
resource management development, trends and functions; human resources management practice using
modern information technologies; new practice of working with personnel – recruiting; Peculiarities of working
with personnel using modern information technologies, etc.
Finally, it is recommended that heads of organizations should manage human resources using modern
information technologies.
