Abstract
In this article are analyzed such issues of human resources, which are related to the Strategies of
Human Resource Development, as: the essence of the Strategies of Human Resource Development,
approaches to processing the Strategies of Human Resource Development (the best practical decisions , the
best compliance method, "To bundle in one knot"), methodology for processing human resource development
strategies, their presentation and implementation.
