Abstract
The article „Issues of managing organizational culture in chain hotels“ discusses the peculiarities of organizational culture in chain hotels operating in Georgia. Organizational culture in organizations affects employee productivity, job satisfaction, attitude toward the company, and ultimately, organizational performance. In modern competitive conditions, people's needs towards organizations have changed, therefore, effective organizations constantly try to establish such values, rules that will be adjusted to the individual, authentic values, needs, and engagement of people. As a result of the research carried out in chain hotels, on the basis of a survey of managerial and non-management personnel, the main characteristics of the organizational culture, which creates a special image for the companies, were revealed. As a result, the conclusions and recommendations made in the article are of practical importance along with the study of organizational culture issues.
