Abstract
The article analyzes the importance of sustainable agriculture for the country's economic growth and development.
The analytical problem is examined considering economic, social, cultural and political factors.
The article presents the possible directions of development of sustainable agriculture and identifies the
main challenges that impede the development of agriculture in this direction in Georgia.
At the end of the paper, conclusions are developed and recommendations are made towards sustainable
agricultural development in Georgia.
