Abstract
The article discusses the essence of the conflict, theories of conflicts, its functions and characteristics. We made theoretical and practical research. During the research process, the communication was made between the middle and upper management in ten companies, the research method was deepened interview, the given method was
selected by complexity of its topic. Also there has been studied monographs, scientific Articles and other works on a given issue.
