Abstract
Household statistics is a complex task in both the micro- and macroeconomic contexts. The article discusses different issues in household statistics, such as the population census, the system of national accounts, household wealth. Most of used categories are in harmony with each other, but some create difficulties, such is definition of consumer durables in SNA and in micro statistics on household wealth.
