Abstract
Financial Globalization generates new challenges for national and international financial systems. Globalization of financial markets is the objective and natural process of development of the world market economy. Financial markets are no longer a national character, and with cheap labor, Asia has turned into a whole world for manufacturing.
Based on the analysis of modern trends in the formation of global financial markets, financial globalization is an objective stage of internationalization of international economy.
