Abstract
There is global competition all over the world. After growing competition companies’ management have paid attention to development of their personnel. Career development is very important issue through the development process of personnel development. Career development is very important for personnel and for companies too. It concludes as important points as are: high level of confidence of personnel; high level of motivation of personnel; creating new opportunities for personnel members; low level of personnel tern over.
