Abstract
To develop an effective environmental strategy, the firm must incorporate all environmental aspects into the overall planning and decision-making process. That’s why, before developing corporate and functional environmental strategies, it is advisable inside (The strengths and weaknesses of the firm) and outside (Political, economic, social and technological) analysis of the impact of strategic factors. The article introduces the use of adaptive PEST analysis for enterprise external environment analysis. It represents analysis of normative legal base and other political factors. Economic factors analysis; Analysis of social factors; Technological Factor Analysis.
