Conflict of economic interests - an identifying form of contradictory interrelation of the basic public values

Abstract
Core values (freedom, justice, security and progress) are always based on the economic well-being of society. However, it should be emphasized that the current level of economic development is a necessary but insufficient condition for the development of society and the well-being of each of its members. The core values of society often arise from conflict-ridden democratic processes. However, the problems start to arise exactly when it comes to specifying economic-political goals (in terms of identity, harmony, neutrality, conflict
and mutuality), the situation becomes extremely difficult and conflicts of economic interest arise. Prevention of these conflicts by the instruments of the legislative field is characterized by temporary positive effects in the short-run period, and in the long-run period it can be very complicated and antagonistic. This process is a necessary and essential precondition for the prevention of risks associated with the implementation of rational economic policies. Clearly, only the developed society can afford the expensive resources for coherent, long-term and cautious economic policy-making and its effective implementation.
