Abstract
The importance of company culture. Company culture is important for 3 fundamental reasons: It influences the type of employees in the organization and whether they stay or leave. It establishes a set of norms that govern the efficiency of the workplace. Organizational culture is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs that governs how people behave in organizations. The culture of an organization provides guidelines for how people in the organization behave in the course of performing their jobs. Corporate culture refers to the shared values, attitudes, standards, and beliefs that characterize members of an organization and define its nature. Corporate culture is rooted in an organization's goals, strategies, structure, and approaches to labor, customers, investors, and the greater community. They'll be able to supply you with, and install, high quality telecoms, IT systems, network and DSL services which will maximise the efficiency of your business and eliminate any IT issues before they become massive problems.
