dc.description.abstractState/public owned enterprises are important entities in public service delivery. They differ significantly from the private enterprises. State owned enterprises, as a public service providers, need a specific management approach. Various indicators and tools are used to assess the efficiency such enterprises. Efficient management means efficiency using of managerial functions (planning, organization, motivation, leading and control). Additionally, instruments and functional subsystems (HR, communication, marketing, financial and operations management) for those function realization need separate study. There are often required transparency and accountability by public enterprises, as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR)en_US
