Abstract
This work is performed in relation to the actual issues of Labor Sociology. Most attention is focused on reviewing such social functions as: social- economical, productional, social-structuring, social-controlling, sociallization of working activity, social-developing and social desintegrating.
In the article is also considered the issues concerning labor Sociology, as: basic concepts of Labor Sociology, Methods of Labor Sociology and others.
