The monograph is an edition of the Contemporary Private Law Institute at the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The book deals with the issue of form of transaction and is based on the doctoral dissertation: “Compulsion to Form of Transaction as a Limitation of Freedom of Form”.
