dc.description.abstractFor the effective management of human resources, it is necessary for the organization to have a correct and properly managed method of its (human resources) multilateral business assessment. This article is devoted to the mentioned problem. In this article there are discussed such issues as: evaluation factors and indicators of human resources, basic methods of searching information for evaluating human resources, main tasks and stages of human resources business evaluation, types of procedures for human resources business evaluation, methods of performing procedures for human resources business evaluation.
