dc.description.abstractThe aim of the article is to demonstrate the need to conduct training and retraining procedures for staff and enhance their qualifications for achieving strategic goals set by the company. The essay is set up in the essence of trainings, their role in the development of the organization, as well as the necessity of the existence of a training center as a company's structural unit (an example of JSC "Georgian State Electrosystem"). Research have shown that the training center, as an organizational structural unit, is one of the strategic directions for deepening skills and motivation. Which must be in conformity with the main goals and objectives of the company.
