Defined contribution pension system and management challenges in Georgia

Abstract
The work provides discussion of the defined contribution pension reform process. In particular, it studies the process of modification of the existing social pension system and formation of the defined contribution pension system, as well as the European experience of pension systems reformation and expected risks of defined contribution pension system. It analyses the process of defined contribution pension system management and public attitude towards these processes.
